Please take a moment to review some of our salon policies prior to scheduling an appointment. This is to ensure you receive the service you want at the right time. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
La Renew is by appointment only. Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. I ask that you please give a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you must reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment. Please call and leave a message if I am unavailable. Repeat no-shows and cancellations will be subject to the full price of the services and may require a prepayment for future appointments. I will provide a courtesy confirmation call the day prior to your scheduled appointment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount or specific service. However, they are not refundable. Please present the certificate prior to your service.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your initial appointment to fill out the appropriate paperwork. If you are running late, I appreciate being notified of the delay. In order to respect my clients' schedules, all services must end at their scheduled time.
Gratuities
Gratuities are left to the discretion of the individual's request.

I accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards.
